Teams turn up the heat! 

We encourage walkers to form teams for the Walk with Us to Cure Lupus program.  Team members help encourage one another and foster competition between teams.

Teams can be formed by friend and family groups, by businesses, or by organizations.  Many are distinguished by clever team T-Shirt designs (and we *do* give out prizes on walk day for the best ones!)
